Return & Exchange Policy
At Charger Waly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We deal only in original and authentic mobile chargers and accessories. If you face any issue with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is not working properly
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Be unused and in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and invoice/receipt
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or physically damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Change of mind after purchase
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer
Exchange Policy
If your product is defective or damaged, we can provide:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit (depending on product availability)
